This hotel offers an exceptional level of luxury with its exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool is stunning, and the beach access is just a few steps away. the spa centre provides a relaxing atmosphere with its steam room, spa lounge, and beauty treatments. the location advantages are unbeatable, with plenty of entertainment options within walking distance, such as bars, restaurants, and snack bars.

Although this hotel was exceptional, our room lacked a sun terrace or garden area, which was a minor issue.

Definitely staff and service. No respect for the customer. Most servers are bordering on rudeness. In a hotel that would fall into that category, but I'm guessing that's Cancun-- Pretty damp room.

The suite was just so cozy and relaxing with a TV for lazy evenings, a private bathroom to freshen up, and a balcony with stunning sea views that left me in awe. As someone who loves comfort and leisure, this room felt like a dream.

Personally, I found the seating area a bit cramped, but it's totally a matter of personal preference!

Big resort where you can find everything. Friendly welcome by some and much colder by others. offers comfort, good equipment, large swimming pool and proximity of the airport. We don't go there for the intimacy and contact with the culture and people. Nothing to complain about. Good value for money. We had an apartment on the top floor with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea. Great breakfast.

As is the case in these big hotels, it's very impersonal and you feel like you're a walking wallet. Lack of charm. Much too air-conditioned . We were refrigerated! And it's not very ecological.. It's mostly useless..

The private beach on the Caribbean coast is truly a slice of paradise. Strolling along the soft white sand, it felt like dipping your toes into cool, creamy gelato. As I gazed out at the turquoise waters, it was like a real-life screensaver - simply breathtaking.

Very old fashioned hotel from the 80's . No animation day and night. Impossible to swim on a beach infested with algae. Hotel from another time.

We enjoyed our stay at a recently renovated hotel in the scenic location close to some wonderful attractions and events. The restaurant, Captain's Cove, provided delicious food and the staff was both friendly and helpful. Our room was pristine, with a spacious bathroom and a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The breakfast was varied and tasty with fresh ingredients.

The maintenance of some areas of the hotel such as the pool walkways and elevator service was lacking.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the vibrant Cancun nightlife, but still offering a peaceful retreat for those days when we wanted to stay on-site. The resort's amenities were top-notch, with a desk providing all the gear and accessories we needed for outdoor activities, from snorkeling equipment to bikes and board games. The friendly staff made sure that there were plenty of activities for the kids, keeping them entertained and allowing my wife and I to have some relaxing moments by ourselves at the beautiful beach.

My wife says that the resort could benefit from having a couple of strategically located hot tubs, making it even more appealing for families with children.

I recently stayed at a small hotel with a great sea view. The apartment was well-equipped for a short stay, and the pool area was well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and new, and I loved the idea of using a bracelet as a room key. The breakfast omelet was delicious, and the guacamole for lunch was a hit. The hotel also had a sky bar with four small pools, perfect for adults.

Had an amazing weekend getaway! The beachfront location was fine, with plenty of chairs available for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful views. The staff was friendly and were really good too ensure our stay was comfortable. the food at the resort was great, with a wide variety of options and delicious dishes served every day. The room I stayed in was a perfect little suite with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace offering a great view of the ocean. the availability of public buses just 200 meters from the hotel's entrance made it convenient and affordable to explore downtown Cancun.

I recently stayed at Royal Caribbean for 3 nights. The ocean view was great and the rooms were clean. The resort had excellent maintenance and a shuttle service to sister properties. The pool area was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of recreational activities available. The spa and massage services were outstanding, and the restaurant had great food and service. a friendly staff, conveniently located in the hotel zone, and a great value for a 4-star hotel.

I loved waking up to the amazing ocean view from my spacious, clean and well-equipped room. The grocery store on the hotel was a lifesaver. Despite the freezing temperatures inside, the staff at the inside restaurants were very accommodating. The STAR BAR ADULT POOL area was a great place to relax.

The pool and beach area were beautiful, offering a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, making sure that we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, being situated right on the main strip and close to all the action.

I always return for the weekend. First time, staff found my forgotten jewelry. This place has Wi-Fi, indoor & outdoor pools, babysitting, fitness center, spa, and no smoking. It suits me perfectly, offering everything I need for a relaxing stay.

Free sailing and kayaking on the lagoon, private beach, helpful staff, shuttle to sister resorts, variety of dining options. Cons: Didn't like the feeling of being constantly watched by the staff.
